When you are trying something new, give it a chance.  You might just like it.
Say Please and Thank You.
Be sure to share your meal with a friend.
Always say your prayers for the food that you eat.
Wash your hands before you start cooking.
Wash your fruits and vegetables off before you eat them.
Have all of your ingredients ready before you get started.
Keep your area clean before, during and after cooking.
Always have a grown up help you, especially if using something hot or sharp.
Always walk when you are in the kitchen so that you do not slip and fall, or bump into anyone.
If you are not sure if you should eat something, always ask a grown up.
