Tropical Island Salad

Mandarin Oranges

  1. Peel the mango, and cut the fruit away from the pit.  Cut into ½ inch cubes.
  2. Peel the papaya, split in half, and scrape out the seeds.  Dice the fruit into ½ inch cubes.
  3. Peel the banana and cut into ½” thick slices.
  4. Drain all but a little of the juice off the mandarin oranges.
  5. Add the mandarin oranges, with just a splash of the juice, in with the other fruits.
  6. Serve Chilled.
